I'm currently trying to decide between purchasing a 2007 530xi or a 2008 535xi.

One issue is that I prefer the styling of the original front apron. Does anyone know if the original front apron will fit on a 2008?

If so, any suggestions on how to proceed?

The 2008 colors I'm most interested in are titanium silver and space gray. If the titanium silver is exactly the same color as previous models, then that would make simply doing a swap with someone that had the original front apron that wanted the new front apron possible. Does anyone know if the titanium silver has changed in any way?

welcome. the styling between the pre-LCI and LCI front bumpers are different for sure. i dont blame you for liking the pre-LCI version better (just my opinion). my guess is that the stock bumper from a pre-LCI e60 will not fit an LCI e60 because even the mtech for the pre-LCIs will not fit the LCI models. i would probably say though to go ahead and get the 535 for the power, especially after reading some members' reviews of the new sport auto. have you been considering the m-tech kit though? it would be like the LCI 550s with sport package. here's a thread for reference about a member who pre-ordered his 535i with the mtech kit to get it on delivery: http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=...p;hl=535i+mtech . hope this helps in some way. enjoy the forums.
