Do E60 have both Xenon Projector headlamps and Halogen Projector headlamps as an option? Or do the Halogen lamps only come in reflector form?

 

On LCI model both Xenon & Halogen are using projector
On pre-LCI model only the Halogen come in reflector form.

How can you tell if your car is equipped with xenon vs halogen if it has projectors without pulling the bulb?

 

Color would be an obvious difference.

from ur picture in ur sig, u have halogens. To tell if u have halogens, check the headlight. Look at it and if u can see ANY bulb such as ur high beam bulb, u have halogens. if there's a cover over the inner light, that's the adaptive lights.

I have an 04 530i, and it says Xenon on the housing, but it looks like the above halogen housing Plus, when driving, I SWORE the lights moved, lol...

Just picked up the car today, I will make a formal hello post tomorrow with MANY more questions
