My Ride: Dec 55 535d sport, Carbon Black, Dakota Black Leather, Electric Sunroof, Media Package, Visiblity Package with Adaptive Bi-Xenons & Headlight Wash, Folding mirrors, 19" M172 wheels, Rear spoiler, Sun Protection Glass

Hey all, thanks to all who made the purchase of my 535d sport a success. BMW finance are great to deal with and in the end a nice smooth transaction, so much more better than cash/bankers draft.

Car has done 1000 miles now and is at 8400 miles. The question I keep asking myself is :- Should I DMS now or wait for another 5k which should be hit in less than 3months.

Advantages
Power
Fuel efficiency

Disadvantages
800 nicker :-(

Comments appreciated.

Cheers,

Cheers,
Power yes, fuel efficiency no. I seriously doubt you will notice any signifigant change in mpg after a remap.

Better than the pure power is the smoothness and torque right through the rev range, the power delivery is just so much more seamless.

Become a contributor to the BMWland forum and get 25% discount if you can get to Andover. Nice day out and a chance to get to know your car again after the remap, (or 10% if they come to you.)
