I wouldn't get too excited about the Dinan either. Don't know if it"s still true, but their mufflers used to be nothing but cut and modified OE stuff. I've heard the BandB, the ACS, and the Eisenman. Just me, but I'd take the Eisenman. I think you can buy one for 7ish hundred bucks. Far better quality than the Remus, better than the B and B, and at least equal to the ACS. Just my .02.....

Dinan exhaust out now...claim that is brand new stainless (not gutted stock muffler) but is only the muffler...for $1000+? Do the competitors sell just the muffler as well, or an entire exhaust?

And yes ACS sells just the muffler and i think the rest do as well.? I called and left my DINAN SA a message on the SF for the e60.? the exhaust is not something I'm interested in cause i had it on my e46 and compared to the e60 I am much happpier witht he ACS results.? But Its only my .02...
