I'm ahead of you. I put a call into Baron's BMW in San Diego. He's going to do the leg work and find out if it will work. I should be getting a reply back from him within a few days. Dave, the owner, seems very interested in doing this project.

Hollywood,
Change the title of your thread. We kinda veered off from Dinan differential to all differentials. Change it to something like "Differentials available for 545/550." You can leave out the pros and cons. The pros (more power to rear) definitely outweigh the cons (less gas mileage).

My Ride: 2004 545i 6spd, blk on blk, HRE 540R 20x9 in front and 20x10 in rear with Pirelli PZero Neros 245/25/20 front and 295/25/20 rear. H&R springs, and Eisenmann quad exhaust, V! radar detector, black grille, limo tint all around.
