Hey guys,

Does anyone know off hand what the diameter is of the single exhaust pipe just before the muffler on a 530i (m54)? I'm thinking I want to remove the oe resonator (y-resonator) and need to know what size y-pipe I need.

 

it looks the same as the n52 which is 2 inches all the way to the resonator and the 2.75 inches from the exit of the resonator back.
