Never experience any problem w/ my Dension ... even when I left the car for few days (sometime even more than a week) but I always hook up a trickle charger when I'm not using my car for more than a few days (I even do it everyday when the temp. got cold during winter)
As far as audio... Few months after I got my car I experienced an audio lost (I mean all audio including warning gong etc) but that was way before I installed Dension and turned out to be software problem and once the dealer updated the software I never lost my audio anymore.
I'm pretty sure you are using the latest firmware v2.16, right? I'm just curious how certain are you it's Dension problem? Is that because Dension is the only device that you can unplug? I mean if you can do the same to your CCC (or a CD Changer) by disconnect then re-connect the power do you think that would maybe fix it too? But if you certain it's Dension I would open up a trouble ticket w/ Dension Support for sure.
