Denison 500 Campatability

HI,
Thinking of going for the Denison 500, does anyone know if its compatible with my car without any reprogamming or spftware upgrades?
2005 BMW 525d e60, single slot basic cd player, no nav, no multichanger and doest seem to play mp3 discs or read cd test

+1, also during re-programming ask for iPod retrofit and just treat the GW500 as an iPod interface.

The Dension GW500 is compatible with your car. But since you're not able to play MP3 files, you will need the dealer to reprogram.
