Hi All
Am now back from US/Canada.
Robert: your M5 levers are here with me. I have also opened up a Fedex account and want to test sending over some elecronic parts to see if US Customs stop it and tax etc.. Can you help me out with this? If so, can you send a PM.
On another note, the M5 lit gear knob has also arrived at a cost of ?123 + Tax. Quite a lot.
It comes with the round leather gaiter and the trim piece with the gate pattern for the top.
All the Best
Hobi

Hey, stop taking my ideas! Just kidding. It is worth it though. You should get both. I noticed the other day after you drive for a little bit the LED's warm up the paddles. There you go Rudy, built in paddle warmers.
Just got my mirrors yesterday and will be installing them tonight thanks to the TIS info from Hobi. I lost my TIS CD's during some routine desk cleaning. That thing stays trashed all the time.

If you don't mind me asking, how much did your M5 paddles cost in Germany? Also, you said that there may be a need to have the dealer reset the Airbag light if it lights up..........did it light up in your case when you removed and re-installed the airbag? I thought that if the battery is disconnected during any work involving the airbags then the airbag light should not come on.
Thanks,
