HDC is a feature that can be engaged when going slow enough (30mph I think). It is used when going down long hills as in the mountains and it uses the engine and brakes to prevent the car from exceeding 30mph - keeps one from overheating the brakes.

In practice, I havn't found a mountain road in the US where it could be used. 30mph is just too slow.

Here in switzerland is a great help, and with snow is the best option.

E61 20d LCI 2008

I thought that DXC_8 was something of xdrive system but i read all module and i found this:

HBA_DXC_8
wert_03

So if its on wert_03 and its not "nicht_aktiv" maybe is something diferent.

I will code taday this options and i will post here the feedback.

I change my alarmtype from ece to us

I offer a coding service but you are bit to far away from me, im in essex.
The things can be added or changed depend on your cars fitted options.
