oh man, this all seems so friggin AWESOME!! I would LOVE to get the digital speedo on my 08 528i. But this all seems confusing to me

Is there like a standard download link online somewhere where everyone downloads the correct software? If so, I can't find it.

I noticed that the digital speedo does stay on, mine goes back to default. Simon, do you know what I need to do to keep the digital speedo on? Also, we need to get together sometime soon so we can finish the rest of the coding on my car. Let me know.

I haven't done the wiring yet but ... try make ASP_EC_INPUT function in KGM module aktiv if you haven't ... somehow the EC kinda hinting auto-dim ... just a thought.

Darn it ... does it help adding $431 to the FA/VO? I saw all of US spec car (e60/e90) has both 430 & 431 option code when they have full featured in/out mirror.
Even option $319 & $4NA as far as mirror related.

Does not stay on? You mean you have to cycle through it every time? I have actually never heard of that happening. We can code it again and see if that changes anything.

What else did we need to do for your car? Was it heated seat options? George actually message me the other day. I think unless there's a good confirmed turn out for the Chino Hills meet, you guys should come out here to Irvine, lol.

Ahh well ... it's a long shot ... I added 319, 430, 431 & 4NA to my FA/VO but got error on 4NA so I took it out again.
I'll try to run the wire from the inside mirror to the KGM, I think I got the one to LCM last time.
The car where the inside mirror came from has 430 & 431 options.

Also, where do you go to initiate dimming test from within INPA -> KGM?

Tkx!
