OK. So I now have the cable. And it looks like I now have NCSEXPERT and NCSDUMMY, as those were part of the download the other guy pointed me to.

OK. Thanks again for your help. Tell me, is it anything like the link below? I've done a bit more research and am concerned about messing something up. I've seen the carly type option, but the price isn't nice and besides I don't really want to pu$$y out of the project.

OK, thanks for your input on this subject. The Bimmergeek Protool is certainly interesting and I was not aware of it. Pricey, but if you plan to do a lot with it in the future not so much. It looks like they only support Android right now which puts me out of luck...
