i did a DIY on a reversible shadow line trim. check DIY section. 2 weeks in and still holding up great.

Autosol worked for me previously, dab on a microfibre working small areas with some pressure and it came up like new.

Chrome window trim blows. Go with Shadowline ASAP.

I did. It's best to apply it with the trims taken off the car. However, it's pretty soft that you can dent or mar the surface with a fingernail. I eventually bought the OEM shadowline trim which is under $250 a set for matte black.

Look at this thread if you want to take off the trim to apply the vinyl or replace it with the OEM ones.
