chrome lips are harder to repair if you curb it, and chrome tends to peel off after few years. Its easier to scratch too!
polish lip is much better, its harder to scartch it, and if the shine is gone, you can just use metal polisher.
I regret getting rid of my iforged with polish lips in favor of my maya's with chrome.
definitely polished and not chrome, chrome runs the risk of peeling and like they mentioned above if you curb the chrome the only real fix is to re-dip the whole wheel in chrome again which is costly.

I'd do the polished, the Chrome seems a bit too bright for me.

IMO, depends on the color of your car along with center wheel color....

chrome will flake, change color etc only if you dont take care of them... I have some so so quality concept neeper moxys on my other car, and chrome has been as brand new state for the past 3.5 years.... go figure.

My buddy drove his x5 with mht wheels, through snow, salt... chrome did not tarnish, peel, flake or w.e. as long as you take care of the rims, buy quality ones...
