My Ride: E61 Titanium-Grey, Leather Dakota Black, 525d, Steptronic, Navi Prof & TV, Voice Input, Panorama ceiling, Xenon with dir, etc
Hi,
How do you guys that have/had it feel after a year? Any problems?
Is it worth it? Which one did you use: upsolute, DMS, Kelleser(?), ACS, TuningBox, PowerBox?
I am thinking about going for Upsolute for my 525d, but would like the "box" option. The possibility to remove it and although the performance increase is not so efficient (is it?), because it doesn't increase the turbo pressure, it might be better for durability, no? I will do about 200.000km with it
Thank you for your feedback!

My Ride: Current - 330 Sport Topaz Blue, Grey Leather, HK HIFI...lost interest!!
Waiting for - 535d Sport, Silver Grey, Foldy Mirrors, 172 19",Logic7,Pro Radio,Through load,Heated Front Seats,High Gloss shadowline,Black Maple,Headlight wash,Sun Protection Glass.
Hope you get some feedback...these questions interest me. I very tempted to add some tuning to mine, DMS for example, but I would like to see what the pros and cons are aginst each type. The thought of being able to unplug a device before a service would take away the worry of a remap being spotted and warranty being void.. as a point.

Powerchip charges about $1200. If they gave a 20% discount that is still $960. Eurobahn, Upsolute, and Singh Motorsport still charge less.

13hp does not make ANY difference at all. Why spend so much money on that? To me it's a waste. Look at new N52 which has 255hp, some folks don't feel any different or just a little change. Therefore, 13 to 15hp does not do any good.
E60GT,
I'm not trying to offense you but I see you dig every single chip tuning thread and promote PowerChip. Anyway, it's just my personal view.

The only thing you have to be careful with chip tuning, is to make sure they remap the ECU based on your actual road condition(weather, fuel grade, etc)

I think these boxes leave more trace than any proper remap ever will.
