just did this mod after I washed the car today,
honestly, didn't really feel anything other than a little more growl after 2.5K

did this over the weekend while i was installing my new grilles, side markers, and emblems...
definitely can hear a difference, and it did feel a little more aggressive.

and whats with bmwusa putting Styrofoam/ packing peanuts in our air boxes? lol

just took mine out earlier, if it really gain me any hp then 5 min is totally worth it
didn't notice any difference yet but i think i heard a sucking sound, could it be the air filter with more fresh air?
