My Ride: 2004 545i titanium grey 6 speed manual with light grey interior. Nav, L7, cold weather, sport, sat. Modifications: suede headliner, pianno black interior trim, Ipod dock, Mtech front bumper, Angel Eyes, and flat black kidney grills.
There is one part of the install that you kind of skipped over. I noticed you removed the glass in order to remove the slider. That is likely the best way to do it but that also means that you have to re align the glass when you re install it right? When I did mine I actually did it a bit differently but I am not sure if it was easier. Was it difficult to re adjust the glass? Did you have to do any initialization after you finished?

I bought a set of black pillars, handles etc everything except the headliner itself.
I was planning on 'sporting' out a 545i until my 545i sport came along and had no need for them. They are sitting in a box here waiting for Ebay if anyones interested.
