Default CCC Screen not working when reconnecting - battery not disconnected

I forgot to disconnect the battery when plugging the CCC unit back into car.

When I turn car on there is a flash on screen but itdisplays nothing (I noticed I bent themonitor cable when pushing the CCC back in)

I cant work out have I blown a fuse/damaged thecable/bricked the CCC

The CCC unit does have power and ejects CD’s…..

Interesting, I've never disconnected my battery and have had my CCC unit out at least 10 times. When you said you bent the monitor cable, are you sure it's not the fiber optics cable? This would cause you nasty problems if you damaged it. I believe the cables up the the monitor would really matter if they were bent. Have you pulled it all back out and checked your connections?
