Car stall after using K&N filter?

i installed the charcoal filters and added the k&n at the same time. when i first fired up the car, the revs would fluctuate at idle, but the car never stalled. after a while, idle became smooth again as the computer re-adjusted. i suppose your revs will fluctuate a bit as well after installation, and may even stall if they fluctuate more severely than mine, but should be fine after you drive it.
as for re-oiling the k&n, that is only required after a few years or xx,xxx miles. i've heard some horror stories about ppl applying too much oil and causing problems with the maf. so after a few years, i'd rather just spend another $30-40 to get a brand new k&n than try to re-oil it and risk messing it up.
