Can I add Sat Radio to 04 530i

Hi, my 530i (3/04 build date) does not have the SAT PREP included. What are my options to install the BMW Sat radio in my car (other than using an after market device and the Aux input).

It's been quite some time since this issue was discussed but I think that without the sat prep, you can't get the integrated Sirius...
