When tint is applied, it is done with a lot of water on the glass. They try to push out as much water as possible, but it is impossible to get it all. So for a few days, there may be water drops trapped under the film. This is normal, and will go away as it dries. To speed the drying process, park your car in the hot sun as much as possible during the first week following install.
When tint is applied, the installer will typically use a heat gun to shrink the film so it can fit on the curved glass surfaces. Sometimes this heat shrinking causes strange optical effects, like ghosting and other visual distortions. The degree of these problems depends on a number of factors: the quality and thickness of the tint film, the skill of the installer, and level of heat used, etc...

The bubbles went away and my tint is flawless. I'm going to wait a couple more days before I roll down the windows though, especially since I just washed the car today.
Just a little FYI- I got the Diamond brand Quartz tint that supposedly doesn't interfere with electronics of any sort. $186.00 installed, tax included.
