Not for me, I found those settings too soft and bouncy. I set mine to mid setting (9 clicks back from stiffest), then set the front 4 clicks stiffer and the rears 6 clicks.

DAMN 200 for the install? thats tits. i got ripped in jersey lol. but the kid who did it said hell do shit on he side for now on so i dont gotta pay shop rates. i had mine 10 clicks from soft. was bouncy so now im 15 clicks from soft.
