Yeah that's why I would buy the plug and play amp so that all of the car speakers would be getting more power to them. I believe the Blaupunkt amp should be enough power with 1000 watts. Does anyone know off hand what is the peak wattage on the stock bmw amp?

If all you want more bass, go for the amp and the sub. If you're looking for higher fidelity, why not try replacing the front door speakers first. MB Quart makes a kit that replaces the door speakers and adds tweeters and crossovers.

I see people mentioning of a "Plug N Play" amp for the basic system for the BMW E60.
Can someone please give me a link as to which amp is it, and how its to be installed? I would love to have something plug-n-play!
