Well...I couldn't really capture the light on the wall all that well but I can tell you its def brighter (maybe slightly brighter then stock though they're supposed to get even brighter). I also did aim my low beams higher and they now light up the section of the road that I wanted to illuminate (I guess Germans drive with their low beams aimed all the way down lol).
I'm not exactly happy with the color on these things. I have read online that they take a little time to break in and will color shift to pure pure white though for now they look horrid behind my 6000K HID AE. I'll report back when I come back from Vegas and see if they've changed any. Here's a pic to describe what I mean: https://i1217.photobucket.com/albums...p/24f908b6.jpg Generic 6000K https://i1217.photobucket.com/albums...p/a00b2f66.jpg Osram CBI (Less than 1 hour of Burn in time) https://i1217.photobucket.com/albums...p/15374684.jpg |
Well...I found the solution.... It takes a couple wire taps and a 6000K 50W D2S kit from TRS....Its really hard for me to capture the light correctly...but here's a pic of me going through the canyons with my high beams on. I'll make a DIY soon....its pretty simple to do
