Brembo's are sweet brakes...my GT500 came with them and they do slow you down in a hurry. I don't know how many pistons they have though...is there an easy way to tell by looking at the calipers ![Think](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/think.gif)

It all rolls on 19-by-9.5-inch wheels wrapped in massive tires measuring 255/45ZR19. And the brakes are equally impressive. The Brembo front rotors are 14 inches in diameter, cross-drilled and clamped by four-piston aluminum calipers. In back, Thai-Tang and his crew chose 13-inch rotors and four-piston calipers.

Cool, maybe now BMW will powder coat the calipers or somehow paint them so the finish actually looks nice... ![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)

Here is some more pics of the 135i brakes from auto shows.
They are Black calipers with silver BMW lettering.
I will try to get some better pictures.
The best place to see them is on the 1-series microsite, on bmwusa.com
http://content.bmwusa.com/microsite/1serie...ce=1SERIESFVVIS
Click on the 135i, then "Athleticism", then "Brakes".
