I use Zimmerman drilled discs and EBC redstuff

Happy with EBC redstuff as they have really low dusts and no fading after spirit driving
I bought Zimmerman because of their low price, they are very good for what you paid

Does anyone knows what are the "biggest" different between the top brand discs and the OEM discs?
I thought the differences are little, they all made from steel dont they?
(I Know there are different grades of steel but can people really notice the different in normal driving?)
Anyone expert can clarify that?
