which brake pads do you use?

Try Akebono Euro Pads, great stopping power and very little dusting.

I got Axxis Deluxe pads. Couldn't take the dust anymore.

I had replaced my brake pads with Axxis Deluxe and had much less dust. However, it does not bite as good as OEM, and it comes to safety concern. I switched back to OEM and it performs as I expect it to be. I just need to drive a little smarter to avoid frequent braking.

Most low dust pads will not bite as good as OEM in the first bite, but if you put you foot down, it will bite as good as or better than OEM.
This is why they are lower dust compared to OEM for normal driving.

I had EBC redstuff with their new ceramic formula, no pad fading after spirit driving since

They make OEM pads for Ferrari, porsche, AMG, lotus...as well as supplying pads to mototrsport such as WRC, formula 3....etc

True...most aftermarket High Performance pads need to be hot to work at their best.
