Brake Pads??

Hey Gang.
My 2004 530i needs new brake pads. The car brakes great and I can only assume it has been fitted with BMW pads so far in its life.
What do BMW use on this vehicle?
Are there any good aftermarket options that will suit the OEM rotors?

My Ride: BMW E60 530i , Silver with leather Air Con iDrive 17" Breyton Rims with Dunlop Sp Sport tyres (M-Tech Bodykit and rims WANTED)
Alfa Romeo 147 TS1.6 , Black with Air Con 17" Multi Spoke alloys with Bridgestone RE040 tyres
Toyota MR-S 1.8 VVTI , Lagoon Blue with Red leather Air Con 15" standard alloys with Toyo tyres
Toyota Celica 1.8 VVTI, Lagoon Blue, Air Con, 16" Standard alloys with Kuhmo KU31, EBC Green Stuff
I think most of the BMW (incl Mini) are using Ate's brake (caliper, rotor, pads), they are one of the biggest brake manufacturers in the world.
EBC greenstuff are pretty good, slightly higher brake performance but half of OEM dust

My Ride: 2005 530i Individual, DVD Package, HUD, Bluetooth, Comfort Seats, SR, etc
do you need to change the brake pad sensors when you change the brake pads? mines due pretty soon, my steering is doing the judder in high speed braking....

it wont cost you much and you don't have to take the wheels off again

so there are 4 sensors total 1 in each wheel? Dealer here charges $75 per sensor I think..... and $500 for front pads and $400 for rear pads....

$75.00 per sensors seems too much, should be less than $50 per sensor.
