are they as bright as audi's DRLs? how much are the AEs? are PIAA's DRL bright compared to AEs?

I think you might have your acronyms confused. AE stands for angel eyes. DRL is daylight running lights. So you're actually trying to compare PIAA's halogen bulb to John's HID (high intensity discharge) angel eyes.

Without a doubt, the HID AE's are much brighter.

I saw Scott's HID AE in person this past weekend. They are bright and look very cool. I wish I had LCI headlights.

i stopped selling LED reverse lights. Yes it looks nice but it's absolutely NOT BRIGHT. I discontinue products I do not like.
