My Ride: 2008 bmw 535i black sapphire metallic w/ tan interior , sports package , premium package , parking sensor, shades,usb , HRE 20's, CKS C1's coilovers, rpi scoop, OEM M5 side mirrors,OEM Gloss black kidney grills, ACS roof spoiler, ACS Trunk spoiler, 15% madico tint all around.. NEXT UP: bodykit and quads ( installing soon) cobb

Check the detailing section; a lot of great info there! But be careful. When I got my car back after painting and installing the kit, I was told not to polish the paint for a few weeks, maybe even longer. Washing is okay of course, but the body shop mentioned that the paint under the clear coat wasn't fully dry yet. It's probably an excessive precaution but I didn't want to risk it. Hopefully others will chime in.

Yeah I agree... maybe just detail the rest of the car and leave the bodykit alone to be safe

I agree with you and Sheldor what about wax just to protect it? Liquid wax or something?

No wax or sealants.. it can seep through the clear and damage the uncured paint.... so are your quads getting installed as well?
