Are the body sizes of 530 vs 545 vs 550 different, i know they are all E60s' but some of them look larger maybe it's my eye. Being that the engine is larger on a 550 wouldn't the actual chasis have to be larger as well? Just a question, I'm just a curious mind.

I think it is an optical illusion. It has to do with two factors:

1. The size of the tires on the car you are viewing.
2. Whether the car has sport package or not.

The 545/550 with the staggered tire setup and sport package appears to be bigger than a 530 or 525. But, if you take a look at Hamann5's car, his car looks big too. His is a 525, I believe. The reason is Hamann5 has the staggered tire setup and lowered his car.
