You need to order all the hand written part numbers. There are 4 wires (2 red, 2 black) and two connectors. Also order the first printed part number which are the lamps. Just call Garry, he'll take care of you.

Thanks for the information. I did call Garry yesterday but he was on vacation. I talked to a lady called Brandy, she took my order. I did not know which part number was for the connector, so I order all of them. The light module is now $9.03 each but the pins are about $1.00 each. I ordered 2 housing (the first hand written p/n) and 4 each of the other 2 pins p/n. Just in case.

Thanks,

These LED's come stock on the 2008 E9x. Just call the parts department at your local dealer and they should be able to give you the right part #'s. You can always e-mail Garry to confirm what the correct part #'s are.

Fred or Mike? Do you guys know the right part #'s?

I've been using my resistor setup for over a month now and haven't had any issues with them. Spend some extra money on the heatsinked ones for peace of mind and you should be good to go.

Guys,

I installed my OEM LEDs with the following Radio Shack resistors, on the positive and negative side. I'm not experiencing any IDrive Error or strobing on the OFF position of the Light switch.

Resistors- 50 ohm, 10 watt, 10% tolerance (Cat No. 271-133) 2 ea.
