This is the EXACT same thing that BMW sells. Mine is currently in my car, works perfectly, charges the ipod, gives you idrive and steering wheel control and the sound is crisp and clear!

Interesting.....if you are willing to take a chance on eBay they have them for $4.34 including shipping (Just bought mine via Amazon as I not a gambler and was going to take 3-4 weeks for delivery as it ships from Hong Kong) eBay Link Will give an update once it arrives and I install on our 2011 550i F10.

Tried it again just now and indeed it integrates and works perfectly (now the question is can I stop the order?!?!)
