Black roof on an alpine white car?

My Ride: 2005 Alpine White 530i
I was quoted $350 at one shop up here - doesn't that seem high? I mean... the materials are less than $50 (or half that).... and you'd think labor would run maybe 2 hours tops.... Anyone else chime in?
