bigger rims??? Help please...
Those links you posted all look like replica wheels. I would wait and find a used set of OEMs. The quality is far superior and won't give you any problems down the road.
Also, if you go with 19" or 20" wheels, smaller tires are better (looks and performance wise). Fatter tires will throw off your speedometer and adversely affect your braking and will have a higher chance of rubbing.
I love OEM 166s and OEM 167s which are forged. OEM 172s are nice too but look like they are a big PITA to clean.

One more thing. The 166's are the only wheels that are 19's but look like 20's since they have no lip. They roll right out to the wheel and flow perfect. Measure them out btw, they're 20" from top to bottom and they look it, too (even though they're 19's).
So what if they're only $3,168.75 MSRP! With Garry's discount or Tischer BMW you can get them brand new for about 25% off that @ $2,376.

The 166s dont "look like 20's" They appear similar to a 20 with a big lip but not a 20 with no lip."
Your comments are always way off the mark yet you keep giving em. Maybe its your speed of sound 225 horsepower is shaking your head around-enjoy that speed

20" would definitely fit with no issues, even if your car looks tucked in the front. By the way if the r/f wheels id tucking and your l/f is higher, You might want to check out your struts, Believe it or not it changes the ride height if its blown. I had the same issue with my sport suspension on my 545i, I thought it would'nt affect the height but it did. anyways, If you are planning to lower the car then I would go 20x9 et15 w/245/30r20 and 20x10 et20 to 25 w/ 285/30r20 and you can still dump the car low with no issues, But if your planning to keep the same height, then I would suggest 19" mainly OEM style, it just looks right. After market on 19" just doesnt look right unless youre going super aggressive wide wheels and willing to roll your fenders and dropping it really low. My buddy is selling his wheels 20" and his is lowered with eibach sport line 2" drop. check out my posting, its the same color as your car.
