Hi everyone I need a little help.
I have a stock 2004 530i sport bigger rims??? Help please...-img_5682.jpg

and I'm looking forward to upgrade my stock rims to something bigger. I want some 20'' rims, but as I was reading through all these other topics I couldn't finally understand what tire size would fit my car without rubbing . I like wide tires and want to get something online but I'm afraid to mess it up.
I like the following models, which one should I pick?and what tire size would be the best? any suggestions are welcome

By the way if anyone has any wheels for sale around NY let me know, thanks

egh...

only 172m's in 20s that i know of r these

which i m planning on getting in the next few months

tire depends if u want more comfort or more look (less tire)

245/35/20 & 275/35/20 if u want a lil more comfort and ease over potholes

245/30/20 & 295/25/20 if u want more of a styled look

i personally run 245/30/20 & 285/30/20 currently

i'd pick whichever is the lightest. 20" rims can weigh over 35lbs (versus 25lbs for a nice forged 20" wheel). that extra weight can really hinder the performance of your car (acceleration, braking and handling).

as for tires, i run 245/35/20F & 275/30/20R. The front rubs when I am going through a dip, breaking and turning at the same time, but it is rare. the extra thickness is nice for comfort and pothole protection.

if you don't mind 19's, the 167 (M6) wheels are a great choice because they are forged.

whatever you decide on, make sure to post pix when you're done

I like these ones, I didn't know they come in 20'', I just hope it won't be rubbing, cause the car is low

Dude you sure you dont have coilovers or springs in this car? That is tucked with 18s. Your car is like an inch or two lower than stock sport suspension height I think..

20s look like they will rub for sure.
