So, my car went itno the dealership today for some clunking that I've been experiencing since installing bilsteins and H&R. Turns out the rear shocks have punched through the shock mounts and are hitting the rear parcel shelf ( broken rear shelf), car is basically riding on just springs. Dealer says the stops are missing and that is the problem. So my question is, are the bilstein sport shocks supposed to just replace the oem non-sport shocks? Do I need to modify anything? I bought the shocks used does anyone know what all is supposed to come with the shocks? Car is staying at dealership over the weekend and parts are on order but I'm wondering if I need any special parts for the shocks or if all the oem parts are just supposed to fit and work?
please help
