Beware of spacers

2O mm spacers is absolutly no problem with normal bmw micheling tires 275 in the back. I pulled the car all the way down with a very strong cord when the car was in my friend garage who has a big space in the floor with stairs so he can go down the space to work underneath the car.

Wrong tires i guess.
I even have hr springs in combination with my sport suspension oem bmw that lowers my car another 4O mm.

Just out of interest, what does rolling the fenders involve?

If you look at the underside of your wheel wells, the metal from the side of the body is bent 90 degrees and toward the inside of the car, and is parallel to the ground--this piece is called the fender lip. Rolling the fenders pushes the fender lip up and towards the outside of the car, which provides additional clearance for tires. There are specialized tools for doing this without risking damage to the car (some try to use a rubber hammer, etc., but you run the risk of damage). Here's a diagram and pic:
