TireRack is a good place for the springs. Either Eibach or H&R seems to do ok here.
I bought my wheels from bmwwheels.com. I had a shipping problem and damage to the wheels, but they sent some new ones out quickly, and they vouched to fix the shipping problem so it never happens again.
I have only heard good things about Quad M. I also bought by TPMs from Garry. Terrific service and a fine person.
You are on the right track here with all of the recommendations.
