After a longggg loongggg time of wait which seemed like an eternity, finally my car's mods are done at last. Hamann's shipment took ages! (I ordered the rear diffuser + roof spoiler for about 3 months) They should really do something about their shipping method. I know some of you have been curious to see my ride's photos, so here you go! Thanks to SonicMS for the great job on installing the parts. I think I've just fallen in love with the car all over again...

Oh and my new Quad RDsport exhaust, they sound really sweet. Now it has a much more meaner growl and at above 5000 RPM there's this "whistling" air sound which sounded like my car has supercharger (I wish ), all of my friend told me this. When I zoom by my friends cars on the freeway as I test out the new exhaust, they told me they could hear the car 'whistling' really loudly from the back as I was about to pass them at high speed. The only good way I can describe the whistling sound is like saying "wwwwhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnggggggggggg
gggggggggggg"

Here's what you all been waiting for enjoy

Thank you all

I'm just wondering if any there is anyone else who experience the "whistling" sound with the RDSport Quad exhaust on their 550i. The sound was a bit unexpected for me so I was a bit surprised if it was supposed to sound that way hhmmmm...

The only other person I know that has RDSport on their 550i is Fedcaper. You might want to PM him and ask. His is a 2007 though, not sure if that makes a difference.

Oh just to let you guys know, maybe 'whirling' is a better word than 'whistling' to describe the air noise. If any of you are curious about the sound of the exhaust let me know and I'll get a recording of it.

Btw anyone know where I can buy a Hamann Trunk Badge? I really want to label my trunk with the 'Hamann' word on it

I don't think it's required since it's basically a 'stick on' but I think it's better if they take it off so that when they put it on for the first few hrs, the splitter gets a firm press to the bumper when they use glue/double sided tape to put it on.
