Luigi: Surprisingly there have been 0 chicken deaths & 0 chickens have escaped from under my hood! That stat looks good until you compare it to the fact that there were never any deaths or chickens before...
Oh yeah, one last thing: Simon Rocks!

Look Simon. I was trying to let this die gracefully and this will be another attempt. I am not trying to make enemies here. Lots of ways this discussion could go pretty quickly. I think we should defer to the previous comment by member DBU that refers to the satisfaction of the OP and move on? What do you say? Prob. best to just "shake hands and be friends here". Agreed?

Update:
I split the back up cam signal, & routed one path to input 2 on the multimedia hub.
I can now pull up the back up cam in motion or whenever I want.
This is cool & actually has some real application driving on LA freeways!
Im pleasently suprised with both cams performance at night & again the speed of switching inputs & digesting signals is tops.

I got a couple PMs on how I did the split.
Its quite simple once you open it up, as its your basic RCA cable splitting routine (youve been doing this since you were a kid on your audio systems at home!)
Here is a quick step by step:
Everything is run off of RCA video cables (i.e.: the yellow kind that usually accompanies the red & white audio plugs).
Step by Step:
1. Buy a single female to double female splitter.
http://www.amazon.co...+video+splitter
2. Buy 2 very short run video male to male cables. any old ones you have laying around will do or get cheap ones from walmart.
You need to access the module where the Backup cam input connects from the intial install.
You've probably dropped your module behind your CIC screen.
3. Youll need a small precision flat head screw driver to remove the 2 screws at the top of the screen.
From there it tilts forward & comes out very easily.
The inputs on labeled on the media box from MMN. Youll find the yellow video plug that says "back cam".
4. You unplug that & drop that splitter in line.
Then reconnect to the original "back cam" line with one of your RCA cables.
Use the other RCA cable to plug a new line into the open Aux 1 or "Aux 2" video port.
I have a front cam, so my aux one is already taken, so I put it on aux 2.
5. Carefully put it back in a manner where your arent blocking too much of the screen & it all fits. Thats why I say a short cable run so it causes less mess back there.
Now:
When you hold down menu button, it throws on aux 1 & you have a full, always on, view of the back up cam, while driving.
Hard press Menu again to scroll to Aux 2 & 3.
No issue with with picture / signal degradation either. its very cool.
