I bought a retrofit kit and have installed the cable following the instructions including recoding the MASK with NCSExpert.

The AUX IN option is on the screen and I'd plug in my external device but no sound is coming out.

I pulled everything apart again to double check nothing is loose but still no luck.

Does anyone have any clue whats wrong?

damn. Thats weird. My first guess was that the coding hadn't taken place. Since you said that it was indeed done and you already troubleshooted the entire thing I say get the coding done again. Or you just have a fault wire.

if the hardware looks to be intact then you know for sure its software. Sorry cant help much more than that. GL tho

When i pulled it out unplugging everything I think it reseted and AUXIN wasn't there anymore so I had to recode it to get it back. Still nothing. Can't think of a way I can test if its the wiring

All fixed, one of the pins weren't in properly.

Now I've got another problem.
The sound only comes out of the RHS speakers and the base is terrible
