Sounds great until you get to this little gem:

The gadget site says it will cost around $235 installed and will only work on 2002 or later models. Any BMW with a built-in Navigation system, cassette deck, satellite radio or CD changer will reportedly not be able to use the adapter.
At least the thing works with cars that have four wheels!

You left out the part that it only works on 3 series, Z4, Z3 and SAVs

Whats wrong with using the FM modulator? Is sound quality diminished with that?
