PAINTING is NOT cheap I paid only for my front 700 EUROS, but it is needed as the paint finishes all the parts together with the chassis after a PROPER and PRO paint job it looks as is it is from the factory.As HAMANN is high-end quality it needs high-end and proper painting but in the end worth the time,
NEVER rush your shop and asks est. prices in advance, you get a low quote and they got no clue at that time, it needs paint and that is NOT for free

Hmm but some find the fitment pretty hard ats, so we should assume that those who's fittment went difficult, all of them had parts that were over-heated and deformed during painting?

Sure there might be problems with this or that, but ALL is manageable in a nice way, not like this!!!
guys it is not about if a body part needed to be further work on or painted.
1st our member did buy from somebody he claims HAMANN, he shows no certificate nor invoice, the price you mention is even GOOD for all those parts.- but this does not really matters
2nd as said HAMANN Motorsport contacted our member and in a nice and friendly manner offered him to help and explained all how it is going with parts.
Our member here makes PERSONAL details and contacts public which are not! I am NOT going to argue on this. BUT THINK before you do something.!!! We never publish any personal data here!!! specially without authorisation!!!
3rd as said earlier it needs to be painted nicely how much a SHOP charges any of you for paintings it is NOT the business of HAMANN.
4th he wrote back the following, not constructive manner email, and seems he does not need any help.
This whole issue is aiming at two things:
a. using false and not backed up info as proof- which is equal to a lie,
b. seems our member is not happy with the quotes he got for painting.
He does not lie that he has a problem but he blames on the company and trust without seeing the thing and just on the shop's word, funny but Ok.
But for any of the above reasons why he has to blame and damage the good reputation of a tuner who sells to millions in around the World who are and were satisfied, second the price policy is also mentioned in a negative way which means our member wants to dictate the prices, he mentioned if he would not pay that much he would not mind contradicts
So thank you and I have no offense to you mate, you decided NOT to receive the helping hand, there is no problem...
so we say also

HAMANN Motorsport wanted to help you and you replied in that way, so ok you won they will NOT and if they have lost one client...they can live with that, thank you. When I had a problem my fogs did not work (that is a bulb) so actually no HAMANN product without asking they sent the next day, true I accepted their help. For your late kind info many members have bought many things and never complained ...

so I do not put pressure on the painters. They have 14 days to paint my parts which I find quite adequate. One of the reasons I selected Hamann was the impression of quality.
When I get this message from my guy at the painshop, I believe we have got a problem. I expect you have some sort of quality control....
If this is the answer I get from You, I must say I am disappointed. If I was the one to sell a product, my best intentions would have been to please the customer. If we have a bad mould, the customer
would have got a new part or the part repaired. There is an expression that says that "The customer is always right". If this was a part which I paid 500 euro for I wouldn't have bothered to complain. I paid 2260 euro for the front apron, roof spoiler and trunk lid finisher. For that price i expect more.

Ats77 is right. It isn't the right way to fix the "problem".
If the problem really exist the better way is to complain with the seller.
Like I said before here is the pic from my 1er trunk lid that I bought from Hamann. It was fitted better than the Oem Mtech trunk spoiler from my old E60.

please see the title, it gives the impression that the tuner prepares all bad quality parts, then they contact you although you did not ask them I came back just yesterday but I sent you the info.

and you may also contact them and appology for me as I am only a member as you, no matter if you are the customer...
I think the title would have been more fair. Guys I have a problem with my HAMANN parts, or sg like that,
which I think is still not true, YOUR SHOP has some problem, and why they never asked them???
for me no probs, but you have to see this with the tuner, and they do not like this kind of things, seeing a private communication in a public forums. Be happy and I hope you will have a nice HAMANN car like mine and you will be as happy as I am

I am sorry but all my parts are perfect fit, they needed to paint a LOT and it costed but in the end those who have seen it in person, it worthed all
