Anyone with interests to a CF style license plate group buy?

i was trying to work out two group buys with 2 ebayers today.
One selling real CF roundels for hood and trunk but he rejected me cuz he claimed that i can't find lower prices anywhere else,
what he had was already "DISCOUNTED".
another seller is selling CF style metal license plate, pretty good looking and 1esquire from the forums has gave me some good feedback, since he already installed them onto his car. You guys can perhaps check it out in his gallery.
The license plates are : $9.00 ea.
shipped to Canada : $16.95
shipped to US: $9.95
Each additional item shipped : $3.00
maybe like a $5-7 discount is something good xD
