I have been told by my dealer that most of such alu sets sold through e-bay do not exactly fit E60...So you have to take care of that. I wonder about? the experience of those who bought and installed them.

what do you mean take care of that? the above photo shows them installed and looks great. The only thing i have seen is the dead foot rest being wider then the alum cover. In the above photo who was your seller on ebay, care to give a link and how does the dead foot fit the alum pedal.? thanks

Maybe there is an answer in your statement. I do not remember exaclty what is wrong but is not a 100pc fit. The dealer said the pads for E60 should have slightly dif sizes that is why they don't offer the OEM alu ones from the previous models as accessories for E60.

I will take some more close ups tomorrow. They are replicas as I paid $80 for all 3 pedals. The dead pedal isn't a 100% precision fit as is the brake and gas but it's good enough for me. It looks great. It's very grippy and lasts forever. Easy to clean also. Well worth the money. I can't find the seller on ebay but there are plenty if you search. I would imagine they're all the same.

My understanding is that the dead pedal size on the E60 is different (slightly wide in the center?) than other BMW models (E39 and others), and I've also read that the gas pedal on the E60 M5 is a little longer than other BMW models.

My guess is they're all made by the same company--some get ACS logos, some other company's logos, some no logos--and all at different price points. That's how it is for Porsche parts--some have RUF logo (more expensive) some don't (less expensive!).

The point I was making is you want to make sure the pedals you're ordering will fit the car you have, and when you see some of these eBay listings that list every BMW model since Christ was a cadet, you have to be suspicious.
