ANYONE HAVE ANGELIDRIGHT V3's in NORTHERN VA???

I have recently installed my angelibrights and they dont seem as bright as other members in the forum. If anyone has some spare time i will drive where you live/work and compare. I have no clue why it is like this and would LOVE to match up and see if i installed them crooked or something. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE>!!!! I live in Tysons Corner, VA
