Anyone got the after market LED taillights, I need a part from it

As I said I only need the electronic components that are seen hanging outside the light. If anyone has a link to the supplier of these then please PM me. I'd like to buy them.

If anyone has got one of these I'd like to know if you can help me? Need to know if there are any electronic components inside the taillights besides the LEDs.
I know now what that black box is but it still doesn't make sense unless there is some other parts inside the light which ofcourse I am not able to see.
