Tell me the good(and bad) about having them. I know they're a $1078 option, so they're not cheap.

thanks,

I had them installed and modified.
Stock, the do not light up when the engine is running and the door is opened. Mine do light up allways when the door gets opened.

I love them, it looks much better.

I'm wondering two things...

Are they bright enough to see, even in the daytime?

and...

Do they wear any different than the stock sills? (tougher vs not as tough)

thanks,

I have them and I love them. Passengers make comments about them all the time. I do not however think it is noticable in the daylight.

Have them, but so far, they are working on and off, Iceman if you can help me to get it to work 100% it'd be great. My problem is sometimes, they blink, sometimes they don't light up at all no matter wat, and recently the back two just stopped working altogether, oh and to the original poster, its noticeable in the daytime, and it looks way better than stock, but gotta keep people from stepping on them, cuz they scratch and break.
