Anyone done a Voice Navigation retrofit

Guys I have a UK 2004 530I - it has no mic in the overhead compartment and no bluetooth module in the back.
I do have Sat NAV pro though
I also have the voice button in the steering wheel - can someone tell me how easy is it to enable Voice recognition in the car and is it possbile even though i do not have Bluetooth in the car.
